I am a general dentist with experience in most of the fields that dentistry has
to offer. After discovering the book on myofascial trigger points by Travell
and Simons in the year 1984 I became aware of the phenomena of pain due to
myofascial trigger points. In my dental practice I began applying
this knowledge in the treatment of "atypical"tooth aches with repeated success.
From there I have expanded my interest and my experience in the treatment
of various head pains due to myofascial trigger points located in the head and
neck region.
The main intention of this internet site is to provide a forum to exchange
experience or to answer each other´s questions concerning this pain syndrom
and possible treatment.
